Modesty (with apologies to Billy Joel)
If you search for lady’s skin
it isn't hard to find.
You can hardly miss it where you live.
But if you look for decency
You might just as well be blind.
I wonder why you dress with that motive.
Modesty is such a lonely word.
Everyone is such a slut.
Modesty! You just look so absurd
So lady won’t you clothe your butt.
I can always find someone
To make me shut my eyes.
If the shirt’s low cut and without sleeve.
I won’t see your pretty face
If I’m looking at your thighs.
So woman, I’m afraid I’ve got to leave.
Modesty is such a lonely word.
Everyone is such a slut.
Modesty! You just look so absurd
So lady won’t you clothe your butt.
I can see your midriff
What’s above descends.
I can see the contours that shape your flaunted end.
Anyone can tell me both
Your size and measurements.
You ho. You ho.
If you think it’s prudery
don't be too concerned.
I won't ask for clothing you won’t wear.
When I want morality
I’m afraid it’s not your turn
‘Cause you don’t ever really seem to care.
Modesty is such a lonely word.
Everyone is such a slut.
Modesty! You just look so absurd
So lady won’t you clothe your butt.
