Knights of the Old Republic

(To be sung to the tune of Shiloh by Neil Diamond)

Old Mandalore
Burning with conquest and pride
Started a war
So I the Jedi defied.
Malak said he’d love to come with you
The Star Forge to find
Quite aware of the darkness in your mind,
There in your mind.

Malak, when we were Sith, I ordered and you came.
But it was all a myth; Malak you only came to betray.

Go back two years
A massive Sith fleet I led.
Bastila appeared
And Malak left me for dead.

She saved my life and I let her take me
Helpless and mild.
Then the council they gave me the mind of a child.
So undefiled . . .

Revan, when I was young, that used to be my name.
But since Bastila’s come, my ID’s not the same, not the same.

Had a dream to go pillage and plunder,
She had other plans.
Wiped my mind said she knows that I’d understand. I understand . . .

Jedi when I was young, so am I once again.
Though I was once a Sith, it seems I can repent, can repent.

I was redeemed and she turned to the Dark Side
This screwed up the plan.
Full of hate, said she knows that I’d understand. I understand . . .

Jedi when she was young; a Sith she then became.
Now her I must confront before I win the game, win the game.
